Welcome to the Official Website of the Swedish International Baccalaureate Students Association (SIBSA)

Perhaps some of you who end up on this site have no previous knowledge of what the IB is. The IB is short for the International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme. it operates 1,595 (August 2005) schools globally in 121 countries.

News from the Board
We are currently working on organising the annual meeting with the host school on Stockholm. As usual there are difficulties with communication, something the general assembly might want to discuss on how to improve.
The issues that we will discuss on the next meeting include:
- Presenting SIBSA in the Media (Both Swedish Media and the IBO World Magazine
- The Website: Adding more pages
- Establishing contact with ALL IB schools, and ensuring SIBSA representatives
- Discussed what the purpose of Sibsa should be now that we have fixed the Organisation
- And more
